How to install Open Sans font for PowerPoint

  1. Visit: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Open+Sans
  2. Click Select the font
  3. Click on the hidden popup where it says 1 Family Selected
  4. Click on the download icon to download the selected font
  5. Open/Extract the downloaded .zip file
  6. Highlight all the Open Sans files in the extracted folder
  7. Double click/Open them
  8. Click install
  9. Quit PowerPoint and Re-open
  10. Open Sans should now be shown
