How It Works
A comprehensive program to build your EI expertise and faciliation muscle, run by Genos Master Trainers. Upon certification you'll be ready to independently design and run transformative EI programs.
1. Complete an Assessment
Get to know the Genos assessment first hand and the best ways to debrief participants. Complete a 360 Workplace Assessment and have results debriefed by a Genos Master Trainer.
2. Complete Course Work
Complete the Certification course work with a Genos Master Trainer in in a 1-day Face-to-Face format; a 1-day Live Virtual format; or an online self-paced format.
3. Complete the Debrief Exam
Debrief the results of a sample 360° Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Feedback Report under the guidance of a Genos Master Trainer in a role play. Receive immediate feedback and learn to apply the Genos Emotional Assessment tools effectively and confidently.
