Genos emotional intelligence was developed in 2002 by Dr Ben Palmer and Professor Con Stough from Swinburne University, bringing to market the first Australian model and measure of emotional intelligence. Since this time, Genos has grown into an international business with direct operations in North America, Europe, North Africa, Australia and New Zealand, and an extensive Distribution network spanning 35 different countries.

Our team includes experts in assessment and survey design, research, building learning programs, and integrating these to deliver results into businesses. All our coaches and facilitators are credentialed and experienced professionals themselves. We practise what we teach and each share a personal commitment to what we do.
