About the speakers
Dr Ben Palmer
He built the Genos emotional intelligence leadership assessment and related training programs used by hundreds and thousands of leaders worldwide. Personally, he has trained over 100,000 leaders and worked closely to develop thousands of leaders one on one. A true expert in his field, Ben is the pre-eminent expert on emotional intelligence in leadership world wide.
He completed a PhD in Psychology at Swinburne University where he created the first Australian model and measure of emotional intelligence. Together with Swinburne University’s commercialization arm, he then co-founded Genos International in 2002 to bring his model and measure of emotional intelligence to the market. Kris Grant
After a successful executive career in the recruitment industry, Kris Grant became CEO of ASPL in 2015.
